An Immersive Experience for Kids

If you’re looking for a way to inspire kids to look towards the future of healthcare, check out Doctor for a Day 2025! This immersive experience for kids will be hosted by Black Girls Do Engineer on February 15, 2025 in HTX.

What’s the purpose of this event?

Increasing exposure to opportunities in the current healthcare landscape and inspiring us to see ourselves in the future of med-tech, leadership, and clinical care. 

How will that be achieved?

• Fun learning stations showcasing elements of what it’s like to be a doctor for a day

• An interactive Q&A panel for the kids to ask questions to practicing doctors

• A basic introduction to First Aid for all ages 

• Professional level CPR certification for girls ages 10+ in partnership with our friends at Rapid CPR Houston
