About the Recipe


  • 1.5 cups oat flour (blended quick oats)

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed meal

  • 1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup agave nectar or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


Mix ingredients until well combined. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water if needed. Use a tablespoon to portion dough and roll into balls. Add toppings of choice and chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
